Exhibition Opening @15 Peel St November 3rd 6pm

Markers for Better Living (tree) continues my exploration of personalised mythology and history in relation to ritual, navigation and pilgrimage.

Over the course of a month I have collected rainwater which I will bring from Sydney to Adelaide, my birth home. The water will sit in a clear jar at the base of my own cloth decorated tree. Each cloth piece tied to the tree will symbolise a wish for betterment and happiness and a negation of fear.

At the end of the exhibition the water will be consumed.
